Food is consistently good and the service is actually fantastic. Go here almost everyday for lunch. I have to dock a star for 2 things: it’s a little pricy AND they’re not enforcing indoor dining rules as of the beginning of January. People eat inside towards the back left corner with no masks and I’ve seen large crowds queue in a tight space next to the tables. That’s not good.
Consistently good food in the hot and cold bars. Pay by the weight and it's easy to get good food with lots of choices for a good price. It's also easy to get carried away and spend too much so be careful 😅. The food tastes good though. Being able to get salmon and different meats with lots of vegetable and fruit choices is awesome. Also they have different food stations where you can get made to order sandwiches, sushi, ramen and salads. The cashiers are very nice too!
Working in Hudson Yard area, have been this eatery purchasing lunch for more than 50 times, what a accomplishment lol.
Tiny space for a food court but lots of choices, I prefer real time made udon soup with beef, perfect lunch in winter. Also pan-fried rice is another good option, fresh and authentic flavor.
This excellent gourmet eatery was successfully established in the 70s. They offer a variety of continental foods. Some self-service salad bars, some counters you order from and the food is prepared in front of you.
It has indoor eating counters.
I tried their very generous chicken ramen and it was superb.

I only get the salad. But the service is quick and easy.
