Food was great! Service was even greater!! We had Sophia host and serve many of us, as we celebrated my best friends engagement. Managing large crowds can get very overwhelming, but that was not the case for Sophia. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Stopped by for dinner. Was pleasantly greeted and immediately seated. The service was good. Ordered the chicken sandwich and was disappointed that it was the size of a slider rather than a full size sandwich and most of the fries were half the size of my pinky finger. Felt that it was overpriced.

Portions are small (and so are the rooms at Arlo) but the staff has always been extremely nice to me.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Arlo Soho hotel as a well deserved getaway and decided to eat at this restaurant. The food is great!!! The wings here are a must have but I was promoted to write this review because of the outstanding service. I would like to commend and thank Gary on a job well done

Had the best Valentine’s Day celebration in one of the cabins with my boyfriend. The F&B Director, Gary, really took care of us - top notch!! The night was truly memorable and such a great experience. Our server, Alfredo, provided 5-star service! Can’t wait to return!!!
