From beginning to end this experience was impeccable! The server, Austin, is beyond phenomenal! He was highly attentive, friendly, & his service was absolutely extraordinary! Brunch is offered all day & the outdoor seating options are excellent! Plus heating lamps are available & give off most heat
There's something for everyone here! Everything is executed well and there is plenty available for those in a group who aren't big on burgers, such as delicious grilled salmon. The team is friendly and the setting is nice. Would comfortably recommend!

The "5 napkin burger" is really good! Melted cheese and caramelized onions are a good combination. And the sweet fries are tasty as well.
Hamburgers were cooked to request and tasty, fries were nice and crispy and drinks hit the.spot. Staff was pleasant and attentive. A big props on the kids size shakes. Just the right size while keeping the big flavor. Definitely recommended after a day of roaming around Central Park!
Very disappointing meal, especially for the price, go somewhere else in the area for better food. The Union Square location is better.

I had a fabulous meal at five Napkin burger. We had a great waitress and our food came out quickly and correctly. Definitely recommend this burger place on the Upper East Side
