I went to the Gothom West location. The Gothom West food court is an interesting curated collection of NYC food. I went during off peak time, there were more workers than guests. I made my way around each vendor and no one acknowledged me or asked to help except for the team at Choza, this made me chose them. I sampled the chicken, fish, and pork taco. First thing I noticed was the MOIST and VERY fresh tortilla. It's a small thing that made a huge impact on Quality. The flavor and garnishes where so complimentary to each protein. Salty, sour, bitter, sweet, and Umani. The pickles components were a special touch on each taco. The portion size was perfect, filling but not overwhelming. The aftertaste was perfection. After eating the tacos I felt restored physically and very satisfied. If you want a Chef driven taco Choza is the real deal. Thank you Team Choza.

Better quality and equal price to chipotle qdoba etc (possibly cheaper). Quick, convenient, great place for lunch.

Choza Taqueria is a great spot for a quick bite, or if you can get a seat at one of their few tables - takeaway. On the menu are tacos (3), burritos, bowls (served with rice and beans), and salads. Pick your protein: Carnitas (pork), Carne Asada (Steak), Pollo (Chicken), or Calabacin y Hongos (Vegetarian). There are also tamales, and other specialties available. Just look at their side blackboard near the entrance. Or if you want, grab some Elote (grilled corn). The salad comes in a big plate - romaine lettuce, corn salsa, diced onions, cilantro, black beans, pickled carrots, and tomatoes. I picked tried the salad with carnitas, as per my server's recommendation. The carnitas were tender and flavorful, especially since the meat is slowly simmered overnight with citrus, chilies, and seasonings. I didn't care much for the dressing. It was an afterthought. I realized when I had 1/4 of my salad left that I forgot to use it. Tasted like Thousand Island dressing anyway. Carnitas Salad Elote,
