Took a class on Seasonal Pies and Tarts given by Chef Dawn who is a very patient, knowledgeable and informative teacher and made the class fun. We made an Apple pie and two types of tarts. Once I got home and shared the Apple pie with my sister. We found the pie quite delicious, the crust was so flaky and the tarts were also delicious. This is a class worth taking. Thank you Chef Dawn.

Had a blast at Le Pain Quotidien on Bleeker in Bread 1 with Dawn. She was amazingly patient, and I had a blast. Plus, I brought home almost 20 loaves of bread plus some dinner rolls - definitely worth the money!

I recently took a bread baking 101 class at the location in NYC on Bleeker Street with Jack and I had the most amazing time! We took home over 15 baguettes and a ton of dinner rolls. The $100 spent on an intimate class experience was worth while with all the education and fun I had!

Loved the Bread Basics Class with Jack - he was very informative, nice and supportive. He definitely helped me get over my fear of bread making and I hope to start practicing at home and impressing my friends with my new skills! I wish that the PDF with instructions came with all the little asides we were taught in class, as those really rounded out what we learned. Overall - I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to get a start in their bread making journey - it was super fun and informative!

I thought the class was fun and interesting, it was grea to learn to bake bread and now I know what goes into it. Not so easy, I hope I start doing it at home and want to lean pizza dough next.

I just did Bread 1 with Jack and LOVED IT! I've been baking sourdough every week for a few years now but always wanted to know more shaping and fermentation technique. This class provided that at more. Excellent 3+ hours spent learning alongside other amateurs and some total newbies. Everybody made great bread. HIGHLY recommended!
