Highly recommend stopping by The Waylon! Whether it’s just for a drink before dinner or for the whole night, this place will not disappoint! The drinks are great! And if you want something special, the bartenders always step up to the plate and whip something incredible! Not to mention that the bartenders are really friendly, remember your name, your drink and are always happy to chat about just about anything with you (thanks Andy for always making me feel welcome even when I haven’t stopped by for months!) The food....AMAZING! I’m always weary of getting food in a bar but this place pulls out all the stops. I highly recommend the fries and siracha-ranch sauce �. But I’ve had everything on the menu and can say from experience that you can’t go wrong with anything on that menu. Don’t forget to stop by for Bingo or Trivia, those nights are always packed and really fun! Highly highly recommend stopping by The Waylon!
I'm in NO WAY a fan of most anything modern country. The Waylon, however offers a more classic vibe. With good drinks, a great staff, and comfortable setting, this is a spot worth visiting.
Bonus points for being the only bar I've ever been able to request "a beer and a shot" without getting blank stares from a bartender too chicken shit to just serve up whatever.

Amazing food!!!! Had the best queso I have ever had and great guacamole. Also the steak tacos were to die for!!! Really reasonably priced and great atmosphere! Highly recommend

When we were there it was "Texas" int he house night celebrating my good friends birthday.
These folks made it one of his best birthdays.

My friends and I love this bar for good reason. We’ve been coming for years and nowhere in NYC will you find friendlier bartenders, better bar food, or a better atmosphere. Definitely stop by I highly suggest the fried pickles and The Waylon burger!
This is with out a doubt. Not just one of the best bars in Hells KITCHEN. But on of the best in all of NYC. Relaxed, friendly, neighborhood vibe. Andy is The best BARTENDER in NYC. Remember who u are and what you are drinking. The food is good. And delivered to u promptly. Drinks are great.

We found the Waylon googling country bar back in the fall as we were waiting for our kids to finish their sightseeing bus tour. So it was a perfect place to revisit before the Little Big Town concert at radio city. Great atmosphere, great local feel even for us Rockland County visitors! Andy is an absolute gem and Amy is so friendly. Fried pickles and steak tacos were a great snack to go with our cold beer. Add to that a constant stream of country music, it’s just perfect. We can’t wait to come back.
Good people, good drinks, good music, good food, and good times. up bar staff always ready with a smile. The tex mex style food is delicious. I highly recommend the country fried steak and deviled eggs! Additionally, the decor is handsomely done.
If you like country music and a cold one this is the place!!!
The Waylon is a great addition to Hell's Kitchen - great country music bar, awesome throw back jukebox, great food at moderate prices, brilliant pint of Guinness, cool outside space in the back, nice calendar of events -- pub quiz, BINGO, live music - no cover. - and a safe place for fans of the Green Bay Packers -- not my team -- but damn nice people. - check it out for a taco and a pint.

Great music!! Bottles right out of the ice! Packers bar so we tried the fried cheese curds, very light with a great sirachi dipping sauce
Best bartenders and love the beer garden and juke box.....will be back for a visit!!!
