Googled a decent Indian in NYC and this little gem came highly rated. We were not disappointed...
Food, service and value were all Excellent. Truly couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend. Didn’t feel like we were on a production line... thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
Came here on 11/3 for my 40th birthday dinner with a large group of friends. The food & service was fantastic & they made my night very special w/ a desert that was delicious. My friends were raving about the food & we all said we would be back soon.
Amazing curries of all kinds from goat korma to Goan fish curry. This is the go to place for any Indian food cravings!!
Very friendly staff and courteous, attentive service. The Chicken Mirch Bhuna was right at my threashold fo spice, but I was warned ahead of time and it was delicious. My companion had Chicken Korma, which was equally tasty but not so spicy. We’d definitely go back!
This is our second time, and we tried more of their house specialties, absolutely sublime! The flavours are so rich, really stands out from other standard Indian fares. Service was top-notch, very attentive staff. We'll be back! �

I am always trying new things and didn't let my change go when I came across the lunch buffet in at Darbar Indian Restaurant.

the lunch buffet was great, I made my own salad and had a mix of good healthy food, meat, vegetables, seafood and then desserts... a must try buffet I say.

Went here with my family tonight for my sisters birthday and I must say I enjoyed it. The food was great! Our Waiter was so nice and attentive. It is located in Manhattan so parking is expected to be difficult to find but that's okay cause there is a parking garage right across the street which I used. It was a wonderful experience and I Would definitely be going back again.

It was a healthy lunch, I enjoyed vegetarian food, chicken, seafood and desserts for lunch in Midtown NYC.
