Pretty good place to have a cup of coffee and try amazing desserts. They have an amazing variety of cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and pastries. Also have a regular menu and lunch options. Coffee, tea, wine. They have And of course, if you are a huge fan of the classic movie “you got a mail” you have to visit this place. They have 2 restrooms. Mines - super noisy place: crowded and loud music. I would not recommend for a romantic dinner or a date.

Black Forest cheesecake for $9 is hard and dry. hot chocolate is overpriced at $5 a cup. Salad has a strange taste. Apple pie was good. Nice atmosphere. Probably won't go back.

Love this cozy place! It’s bustling and busy, and they definitely need more servers, but the food is great. So many delicious desserts! They are vegan (?), so their only meat is smoked salmon.
We enjoyed the açaí mojito, raspberry cooler, Brussels sprouts, paninis, and raspberry tart. Yum!

It’s nice to see cafe like this one exist. It gave me a instant feel of being in Paris bez of the decor and furniture. A cosy romantic feel for a 1st date or after dinner stop.
The staff was great, pleasant. There is also good variety of things. The beautiful variety of cakes and the atmosphere Drew is in. Quite a lot to choose from. Chocolate lovers fav but I had forgot how much I love red velvet cake. So I forgo the many beautiful chocolate cake options and picked the red velvet which didn’t disappoint. That is my personal taste bud. It was moist and not too sweet.
Understand I have high expectation for desert since my uncle is a French chef and his pastries/cakes are out of this world amazing. So this place to me didn’t match but did not disappoint.
The hot chocolate was awesome!
Price wise-some might think it’s bit pricier which is, but I felt within reason for the service and I am sure rent it ridongculous. So they do need to survive. If you are close by or feel for it. Stop by and support the business. You want them to be around for a long time.

It was ok.
The plate was cold and food came totally different timing.
No water until we asked.
Hollandaise sauce was too vinegary and mustardy.
Cafe late was not so good either. I think coffee bean were old.
Staff was nice.

The venerable You've Got Mail haunt is still alive and well for cakes, coffees, desserts, and brunch. No more creme brulee but the other faves are still there like their excellent tiramisu and affogato. Service is friendly but can be a bit aloof. Open late so great for a late night get together on the upper west side.

Super pricey (for a family of four buying a coffee and pastry each, you’re looking at $60+ plus tip) for the quality (just so-so), crowded, slow service. The pastries I ordered looked delicious but tasted like they’d been sitting in the display for weeks or had freezer-burn. The only reason to go is to experience the atmosphere and French decor.

A touristy spot which is worth a visit to relive moments from You've got mail. But it is very pricey and i have never tasted a bad new york cheesecake so far. So save your wallet and go elsewhere for your sugar craving.
