How come the person who takes the order never tells the other person that’s making it.. how it was requested ? I rarely receive what I asked for correctly. By the time I remove 1/2 the ice I didn’t want in the first place.. I’m only left with 1/2 a cup of iced coffee.

Stop to get donuts for our shop 4 people working say in line for 15 min well they were talking to a customer they knew this is how we take care of there customers
Went to get a frozen coffee and the employee (some guy) was extremely rude yelling WHAT SIZE as were trying to tell him what we want.
Usually service is great here and I always normally go here every morning for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a medium Cosmic Pineapple Coolata. This morning I stopped in to get my normal bagel and a small strawberry coolata with whipped cream. I got the coolata with no issues, but
