This particular shop is located in the Christiana mall food court. The place was crowded but the food made it worth the wait. Amazing grilled chicken, so yummy. Enough quantity for the price, loved the meal.
The pad Thai was so delicious and juicy. Loved the flavor.
Good dishes and nice manager. I had the Pad Thai mild, but didn't realize that the mild Pad Thai here still has red chili in it. Therefore, I asked them to remake, but the sauce they use has the chili anyway. Just know the mild still has a bit of heat, but my sensitive stomach can't handle even that much right now.
I chalked it up to a learning experience, but the manager was nice enough to have someone come out into the food court to give me a milder meal with lo mein, chicken and veggies. Very grateful for the good service. Thanks, Ruby Thai.
The dishes here are always yummy. I usually get the Bang Bang Chicken or Blackened Fish.
2022 update: they haven't had chop sticks in months and only provide very cheap plastic forks. The meal, for me, is more than just forking it home. I'd like some nice utensils. Sell some good ones for $0.50 if you can mo longer afford to put out the usual chop sticks.
2002 -05/28 Update:
Still no chop sticks. FYI guys you can get like a 1000 cheap ones amazon for $10. At least I got a decent quality fork today.
I live their skinny noodles. The spicy shrimp and the blackened fish are my faves. One downfall I'd that when they are busy they rush you through the line.
