This place just keeps changing owners & staff and keeps getting worse. They don't pick up the phone if they are busy and their register is down a lot. Hot and Ready are rarely Hot and rarely Ready. If my kids didn't - for some unknown reason - love their pizza, I would NEVER go here. I only gave 2

The food was good however we had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes... The service was average and one of our pizzas was served about 20 minutes after the other.

Pizza is good but the store is not. On a recent visit the person at the counter was counting cash and did not greet me until she was finished. Last visit no hot-and-ready pizzas were available and they couldn't make change for another customer.
