I placed an order on 1/5/22 at 2:03p, order removed from oven at 2:12p. Called store at 3:02p when delivery tracker indicated food still at store and was advised after an extremely long hold that they were short staffed, only one employee working in the store and only one driver making deliveries. He expected driver back soon and should have my order shortly, it is now 4:27p and still no food after a 2 hrs. 15 min.! Called store again at 4:27p, after 15 min hold was advised my order just left store and that this Dominos location has had 2 hour + delivery times for the 12 mos as they can’t hire staff. Representative very RUDE! Why doesn’t the Domino’s app provide the customer with an anticipated ETA especially since a 2 hour + delivery is currently the norm for this location? Food arrived 4:58p Disgusting, pasta dried out!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY LAST 3 ORDERS NEVER SHOWED UP!!! They refunded my money but there are sooooo unreliable. It’s a total waste of time and they apologize but you are waiting on food that won’t be delivered. Tried them again today and they didn’t cut the pizza and toppings look like an untrained 4yo did this (see picture).

I ordered at like 2am and it was great, y'all were so busy but my pizza was great! I'm vegan so there's no cheese or meat and everything was good. Purrrr my friend liked hers too <3

Ad popped up for 2 topping 599 pizzas. Clicked it, then it wants to charged more for delivery on those pizzas. On top of that charged me a delivery fee, and now they expect me to tip the driver as well. Over an hour after I order my food, no food. Call the store. Said waiting for a delivery driver to clock in. Another half hour maybe. I canceled my order, dont waste you time. Call somewhere professional or family owned. and not a money grab.

Placed my order at 5:01 Pm. Was told repeatedly that the driver was on the way after seeing my food said it had been delivered so Now at 6:53 Pm They finally answered my call with a very nasty attitude saying your order has been canceled so you'll get your money back in 2 to3 business days. Very unprofessional very disrespectful the only good experience I've ever had there is the gentleman who delivers who has red hair and a red beard. He was very nice when he delivered our food but the rest of the Manager's there need to find new job's because there definitely in the wrong business talking sideways to customer's the way they do....... never again !!!!!!!!!

This dominos is quit possibly the WORST dominos I have ever ordered from. The first time I ordered it took 2 hours to delivery 2 medium pizzas with one topping on each. I thought they might just be busy so I tried there again a month ish later. What do you know an hour and a half in and the app still says making sure your order is perfect. It was on making sure your order is perfect for over 40 min. I called to see where my order progress was at. The person on the phone was very rude getting frustrated when I asked for an eta and hung up on me. I called back but they immediately hung up. Food finally comes and it’s disgusting with cheese and toppings undercut and is basically cold because it was sitting out for I presume an hour or more. Order somewhere else absolutely terrible

Food was horrible after a 2 hour wait store call and say they can’t get a deliver driver and say either wait it out and we deliver this cold food after 2 plus hours or I’ll refund your money not making you new food it would cost them to much! Worst customer service for hard earned spent money! Will never order from this location again!!

Ordered a pizza at 10 pm. At 11 pm tried to cancel because on the app it had not progressed. Both my fiance and I called. My fiancé was on hold for 20 min and I called multiple times to try to talk to someone to cancel but was unable to speak to someone because they would say “domino’s, please hold” and not let you a second to talk. We are still waiting for our 1 pizza after nearly 2 hours and we have not been able to cancel because they do not answer their phone call. Worst experience ever
