I've been a loyal customer with the Salem Village location since mid 1999 but since October of last year service and food quality has been terrible and inconsistent also truly lucky to be able to place a order since they never answer the phone. I think tasting the pizza and garlic cheese bread, they both felt undercooked and undersauced inside them. Its not at par with other domino's store I have tasted in past.

Always order from this domino's because they're so close to where i live. I've never had any issues. They always get my order right and on-time.

HAD AN ISSUES BUT JESS THE MANGER WAS SO POLITE AN VERY PROFESSIONAL SHE MADE SURE SHE LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM AN DID HER VERY BEST TO MAKE THE RESOLUTION TO Satisfy me the customer need more PEOPLE LIKE HER IN THE WORLD YOU ROCK AN MY FOOD LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE WITH LOVE...GO DOMINOS 😂

Ordered 2 menu items at around 8 pm. Never received it restaurant closed. Called MULTIPLE times 0/10 would not recommend. Will be asking for a full refund

The best. The people are kind and hardwokers. Our pizza is always hot and delivery person i kind and on time.
