Very disorganized. What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in line to pick up your order?

Usually have a great time with cheesesteaks here. Today I was given the wrong order via online order and pickup. There's no name written on the bag, and the cashier didn't appear to check anything. I'm amazed how I can order a hot sandwich and be given a cold sub.

This is the first time that I went into this location, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was fantastic, and the food was amazing. But, the service really stood out to me more than the food (which, again, was really good also). Great job, guys! I will definitely be back very soon.
