This is a very nice, fancy place. The waiters are attentive and the personnel in general is very good. We had the manager come to the table as well during the visit to check if everything is good. It is an expensive restaurant, but it is worth it, for sure. The food is very well-prepared and delicious. We even got a piece of cake, since we had a birthday celebration dinner. It was a wonderful experience.

21 Oceanfront is a beautiful decorated place with lots of very nice winchester style booths. It reminded me a little bit of being down below in an old Schooner. Just very homey and comfortable. It has plenty of stairs (what should be considered if you have someone in your party that might have a harder time walking. BUT even if so the Staff will be helping you , they're very attentive!) Our Table was set for 6 People , the booth was a little tight for 6 but it would've been manageable. The Christmas Eve Dinner was a preset 3Course Menue with lots of different choices. The food was delicious , the pork a little dry but flavor wise very good. The whole Staff was very friendly. We love the fact that there's a Valet Service. The Valet Staff was very professional and nice. We will come again. Thank you very much!

A pricy but exceptional meal at this old school restaurant, which truly added to the experience. Service was attentive and polite without being overbearing. Every dish was delicious. Personally, the swordfish was one of the best I’ve ever had. A wonderful experience.

So we went here for our seventh anniversary. This was the first place we dined at when we flew into California. I could not honestly think of a better choice. This was honestly some of the most delicious cuisine I have ever tasted in my entire life. The swordfish was a buttery, lemon-caper perfection. The Australian lobster tail was massive, incredibly tender, and oh-so sweet! The filet mignon could not have been cooked more properly. It paired so well with the lobster tail. They were made for eachother 🥰 They brought us a chocolate cake for our anniversary dessert. My husband put that it was our anniversary when he made the reservation online through Open Table, and we totally forgot to mention this to our server. They remembered, and it was such great attention to detail. It was the perfect ending to the perfect meal. We will come back here for years to come!

Such an AMAZINGGGG Birthday Dinner 🥰 Place is cozy and nice. Avalon is really great, such a sweet person. I appreciate her kindness and attentiveness. She made the experience great! The Fillet Minion, medium done, is so great that its just melts in your mouth. Lobster tail is super tasty, fresh and juicy. Even the simple appetizers are also good, the mussels and calamari is fresh. Total Experience is great! Definitely coming back here again and again! I am just really sad about the restroom though. Hope they could try to clean and freshen it up.

This place is great! I’ve lived in Newport a while and I don’t know why I don’t come more often? 1) great ocean views ✅ 2) large bar area and great bartenders ✅ 3) live music ✅ 4) not cheap but not overly pricey ✅ 5) coat check ✅ 6) valet parking ✅ Oysters 🦪 perfect 👍 I love how the are served with 4 condiments including hot sauce! Steak - I said medium rare! And it was medium rare, very tender Lobster- Huge I loved it French Onion Soup 👌 Martini 🍸 very very well done 👍 I think most of the bartenders have 20+ years at this place so they know how to make drinks - especially “little Tony”! Wine - good selection by the glass and by the bottle they definitely have you covered! Sounds good right!

Wow!! Me and my family were visiting Newport and we came across this restaurant online. After reading the reviews I made a reservation for 9 including my 5 year old nephew, needless to say we were very happy with the experience. The restaurant did take us for surprise just because of how classy it looks, and how nice it actually is in person. We were a little underdressed (Jeans, Vans, Hoodies), next time we know to dress up a little more haha. The experience was amazing from the food to our waiter! The food was Amazing! Our dishes consisted of the Filet Mignon, Salmon, Chicken, Burger, Mashed Potatoes, and a huge plate of delicious Chicken Tenders and Fries for my nephew! Their wine selection is incredible! The Alcoholic drinks were on the strong side and they were just great!!! It’s definitely worth visiting here and experiencing something completely different. All of the food we got was just cooked to perfection with flavor! We will be back on our next trip to Newport!

Went here for my first anniversary with my wife. Food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow. I will definitely recommend this place though. I will return without a doubt. Dress code required.

Great place. Atmosphere is very nice. Service is pretty good. Food is also pretty amazing. The night we went we ordered several different items beyond of what we could eat so that we can check this place out. Steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Risotto was absolutely amazing. There was a few items like the white truffle macaroni cheese that were not that great. Had to put a bit salt to it to make it tasty. Pretty decent wine selection. Overall this is an amazing place that deserves a few compliments. We were for the most part imprest. Ok, since google won't let me leave a second review i just add it here. Second time I went withing 4 days. Here it is...i also had to upgrade them to a 5 star from a previous 4 star: After a few days when i tried this restaurant the first time i had to go again and try it out once more. And again, this place did not disappoint. Great food. Great service and all. This time we ordered different items to check them out. Again, i had to out some salt on some o the food to being out the flavor. But that could just be because my taste butts are used to salty foods. So it may not be the cooks fault. Go check it out and you can be the judge. The filet mignon we ordered rare this time and it was the best i ever had. I eat slot of filet mignon and know what i am talking about. Tender, seasoned to perfection and just heavenly. We ordered the FM with the lobester....and OMG that thing was really big, flavorfull and just amazing. Besides that some customers would have to add salt to make it more tasty, which...once again may not be the cooks fault but rather messed up taste butts of customers.... Second time here, only 4 days apart and i have to say, that this amazing restaurant lacks nothing. Food is just off the hook. Menu is perfect. Service is the best around. Atmosphere is just unbeatable. I love this place and will.come back many times. Amazing staff, amazing food and all. Don't hesitate....just go....you won't regret it.
