Protein bowls are pretty solid (so are the salads - grilled chicken with white meat was my favorite).
Probably best to pass on the sushi. Go for the grilled proteins.
Food was excellent. Vegan chicken looked exactly like real chicken—I was pretty sure they made a mistake when I first got my order but no it was just that spot on.
This place has reasonable food. The service is good. I had salmon and the soup and salad. It easnt that busy when we were here. I felt good with the price.
