Reviews of Mod Pizza

I love the food I've had here so far!! So far I've tried their Calexico Pizza, cheesy bread, an LTO Pizza with artichokes on it and their limited time only SQUAD CAKE! All delicious! My fave? the Calexico pizza and strawberry squad cake. The pizza had just the right amount of heat if you're feeling spicy and I loved that the squad cake's proceeds are put into a fund for emergency employee relief (makes you feel a little better about the carbs lol.) The customer service here was awesome, wait time wasn't bad, store was clean and well lit, food yummy! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I usually really enjoy coming here. This time, the lady asked what we wanted as she was finishing up with another customer, so she didn't hear that the 4th pizza was supposed to be the thick crust. I had to ask her 4 times to put ham on one of the pizzas, the blackberry lemonade was awful, way too concentrated, the chocolate cake was so bitter, the kids wouldn't eat it, the key lime cake is SALTED 🤢, and the highchairs were all dirty or covered in dust.

Always order for dine in, this only time I did a carry out and I regretted a100%, the whole order was incorrect looks so messy that I lost my appetite, the only person was over the oven was not polite at all, I try to include in my order my reward didn’t let me so we ask to the server and told us to do all over again in order to have the reward, sad for me is my birthday and is Mother’s Day and just decide to go to one of my fave pizza places and dissatisfied all the way my mood for pizza. How hard is to treat customer how they deserve… there’s no business without satisfied customer, do they understand this??? Terrible, low 2

This location is everything !! I love it and will make the extra drive right pass Hampton to NN. I’ve been here three times and every time I come the customer service has never let me down . Their ingredients look better and they simply care about their customers not just throwing toppings on a pizza .
