While the cashier that took my order seemed like I was interrupting her job, the manager on the other hand was multitasking her a$$ off! And still managed to ask me how I was doing and provided great customer service! Thank you for keeping a lost art alive!
I giving a 5 for the 2 guy that was working. 1 cooked and the other guy did the drive thru window and inside . He bought out the food. He needs to be paid triple pay and double pay for keeping the restaurant going .
Food was great , their drive thru intercom was down and they still had people moving through quickly. Great job , and I can't for the life of me think of the young man's name working the drive through with the manager, but he was so adorable and polite.
Lack of customer service skills. Food was warm-cold. I threw most of the order in the garbage. First and last time eating there. On the photo. I dont know what is that sauce? Very terrible.
The 'Big Fish' was more of a dryed out over salted and too much batter patty. And we not gonna talk about the fries.
Over all best Burger anywhere, the double whopper with cheese. The McDonald's quarter pounder fell off. Yeah and the Hardee's hamburgers are too expensive. So once again for the money the double whopper with cheese from Burger King is the best Burger overall for your money

Poor customer service!!! Managers need to be trained on all aspects of customer service!! They messed up my order. I wanted refund, but they couldn't give me a copy of my refund receipt!!
