Sorella - Newport - Photo album

We were refreshed to receive prompt, attentive service - that’s hard to come by on the coast! Nice limited menu but tough to choose what you want because it all sounds so good. Homemade pastas - delicious. We couldn’t get enough of their homemade gelato too! I recommend Sorella for a fun night out o
Our server, Sean, was great. Friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We the bolognese and paglia e fieno. Both delicious. The fieno pasta was a little clumped together so it took mild effort to pull it into better portions. The gelato was creamy. We got orange olive oil, mild creamsicle-like flavor an
This place was recommended by some locals and we found it charming. Servers were prompt with our orders and kept our drinks up. The food was deliscious. Veal Parmesan on angel hair pasta was awesome! And they make a good Old Fashioned :)
Tasty food, quick/good service! Just be aware that they have a rotating menu, for example I went there expecting to be able to get a chicken parmesan but they no longer had that or what Google said was their three top dishes. Was still tasty though, just have to be aware of the possibility.
When you need a break from some of the top seafood spots in town, this Italian gem is a must. Our meal took some time to prepare and when we got it it was obvious. Pasta cooked perfectly, sauce with a hint of spice. I would eat here weekly if I lived at the beach. I ordered the CASARECCE ALLA BOLOGN
We loved this traditional Italian restaurant! Bianca pizza, Pepperoni pizza, Capricciosa pizza and Rigatoni... All with an exceptional flavor! To drink: Ace Cider semi sweet and Good Life Brewing Sweet As! Pacific Ale... Two flavors you have to enjoy! Also, good repertoire of local and Italian wines
Best Italian I’ve ever had!!! My wife had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Baked Rigatoni!! The Caesar’s Salad was super authentic and homemade! We took a pizza back for later and yet another home-run! Everything is a la carte so you pay a bit more than some places but WELL worth it!!! Enjoy when
Food was great but I cannot give it five stars. Service was fine, our waitress was nice enough but pretty dull to be completely honest. Atmosphere was fine, was expecting a little bit more fine dining experience but my 4 star review still reflects this restaurant as above par. We traveled from depo
This was our first time at Sorella's, recommended by some friends. Our waitress Megan was great with just the right attentiveness. The food was delicious and the portions of baked rigatoni and lasagna were ample. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars, the entrees are stand alone. Single serving sal
Very authentic Italian hand tossed pizza. They did have a gluten-free option but they said they don't have that on hand all the time. So it is the luck of the draw for that. Very friendly staff an no waiting! Worth checking out, just don't expect American style pizza. This pizza is very dry with ver
An outstanding experience in every way. Our server knew his wines very well, we had the Torre dei Beati Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo and were very pleased with our selection. Our dinner was the Tagliatelle alle Vongole. The clams were perfectly prepared, the sauce delightful, and the handmade noodles were be
Delicious food (especially the focaccia garlic bread) so glad they had tasty vegetarian options for us.
We didn't know what to expect from this little place when we walked in this evening, but as soon as we opened the door and the aroma hit us, we knew it was a good decision. Greeted promptly, we sat at a table and began to peruse the menu. Several offerings leapt from the pages at us, which the serve
Great food. Good drinks. Good prices. I wish this was my local Italian restaurant. Oh and Good service too! We had meat balls and spaghetti and a pizza. We also had a salad and focaccia bread.
Oh wow, this is def a nice underrate restaurant! Probably because they are in Newport but don’t do much seafood stuff, haha. This is actually surprise me that they do mostly everything good and the price are reasonable than most of the good Italian restaurants. Come check!
This little Italian pasta “cafe” in Nye Beach is the best Italian food we have had in a long time! The food, service and atmosphere is amazing! Thank you Sean for a great visit! Mark and Tammie
This is an excellent place for very good food, terrific service and friendly faces. Prices are very good for the exceptional food quality. The garlic bread (made fresh) was great. The lasagne was some of the best I have tasted. The spaghetti with meatballs was also excellent. Nice ambiance, great fo
The food was excellent. We had the Lasagna and Rigatoni alla Vodka with sausage. Apps we had meatballs and zucchini something. Both excellent. Great service and atmosphere. Reason for only 4 stars... No bread served with your meal. First Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at that I didn't get bread.
