Nice location, but no drivethru. Service was great and fast.

I don’t post many reviews (especially not negative) because I’m not really into it.
In fact, where I get coffee doesn’t even matter to me.
But what I observed at this location on many different visits is exceptionally kind and attentive employees.
I’m not a regular, but they greet me as if I am.
The clover machine was malfunctioning and they gave me a $4 certificate for the inconvenience of waiting (I didn’t even complain about it).
I observed a person with special needs and intellectual impairment enter the store (a regular) and they greeted him and treated him so kindly.
If I worked with staff like this at my job, I would be enthralled!
Amazing experience! There is a barista at the Newport Coast Starbucks who is one of the happiest and hardest workers anywhere. My drinks were great, but the customer service was AWESOME!
New trainee barista was helpful and courteous. Mobile order Bagel was out in record time
Friendly service quick and very accurate service. It's nice that they have available restrooms to freshen up or handle your business LOL. There was a line for ordering and picking up but I was very surprised how rapidly it moved will definitely come back.
Good experience except the we're sold out of Macha green tea lattes.
It was nice and quiet. Even brought the dog and everyone was happy to greet. Makes a great Sunday morning

Drink is always ready, they always thank me, to boot! It's a little difficult to find if you're walking in but it's a good little location.
