We went for our anniversary and we shared the escargot it was the first time for me. How it was prepared you couldn't even tell there were snails in it. Then we both had the duck breast the meat was so perfectly cooked and verry tender. For dessert we went with the homemade espresso gelato verry good way to round out the meal. For drinks i had the hot sake while my wufe had a peach malubu martini both were delicious i recommend spending the extra money for a first class dining experience. Service was very nice and the atmosphere with the view of the lake perfect. Thumbs up all the way
Absolutely amazing! Staff and food were out of this world! I was there 5/26 for a wedding and everything was honestly perfect.

Fantastic place for a romantic dinner or to go with a group of friends. Always great food, great ambiance and most of all great people. Not easy to find good sushi in the kingdom, but they do it right. My wife and i try and go every week. We are lucky to have Le Belvedere in Newport.
We had a wonderful night with great friends! Food and drink was superb as was our wonderful waitress! Will definitely be back!

Just great. Nice atmosphere, stellar service, excellent food. Couldn't ask for better. Tapas are terrific. Sushi is good - sometimes a bit too much mayo or sauce (I prefer none) but a delightful visual and taste. Well worth the visit.

Le Belvedere is an excellent fine dining establishment... We are fortunate to have this restaurant in the northeast kingdom.
Le Belvedere was the setting for a luncheon reception following a Memorial Service for my Dad. The location was beautiful, the room layout friendly and attractive, the food homemade-tasty, the assigned hostess very accommodating and thoughtful. My only concern was that it was very difficult to communicate with management prior to the event. However, when you were able to do so, they were very helpful and delivered just as promised.
Wonderful restaurant to host a Baby Shower! The food was delicious, staff friendly and helpful and in such a beautiful setting. The only reason I didn't rate this venue with five stars was because communication prior to the event was difficult. We were never able to get an itemized cost for alterations or additions to the menu. A couple of ladies brought their under 6 month babies and we were charged per person for them as well. Again, this being said, the result was amazing!
Dena Gray and her staff provided a wonderful venue, delicious food, great service, gorgeous flowers, fabulous hors d'oeuvres, and fantastic evening for my birthday celebration. Many of the attendees expressed their thorough enjoyment of the evening, setting, and delicious, beautifully presented food.
Great staff and service. We went on 7/4 to watch the fireworks and had a great view from the patio. Drinks wer great and food was very tasty. Only complaint is the cheese board didn't say it came with cashews. Partially on me for not advertising my allergy but it would have been nice to have read it on the menu. All in all I would definitely go back!
Virginia's Birthday was made perfect by their attention to detail and their stepping up to the occasion with every request. I can't say enough about the setting and service.

The food was delicious. Petite fillet mignon, lamb, twice baked potato. Desert was individual cheesecakes. The staff were efficient and helpful.
Loved it. From salad thru dessert. I enjoyed it, delicious. Our server, Magnolia, was as nice as she could be!
We came here during a vacation in Vermont and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was really great. It was sushi night and though we didn't try any it looked good. The vanilla bean creme brulee was the best I've ever had.
Only strange thing was the hostess didn't seat us with menus - and then the waitress didn't bring us any either - seems they do it after they've brought your drinks. Felt awkward.
Always excellent - probably the fanciest restaurant in the area, with beautiful views out over the lake, a gorgeous patio for outside dining, and food which is adventurous, but not whimsical. The venison satay was so good as an appetizer, I could have ordered another as a main. Reservations are highly recommended, it gets busy.
The food was fantastic the service was kind but a little disorganized. They took good care of us though we were there for my grandfather's funeral / celebration of life. They had great cheese and veggie appetizers as we walked in. And the meal was fantastic!
The is an excellent restaurant. I loved the food and the atmosphere. The cocktail I ordered was superb! And the service was pleasant and responsive. They have a great tapas menu, and I sampled one of their offerings, which was excellent. I highly recommend it!
Been to Le Belvedere twice and enjoyed each experience. The food was really good and the waitress was very friendly and warm. I would recommend this gem of a place to anyone who is willing to have a really pleasant dining experience.
Stayed open even though we were late to our reservation. The staff was incredibly polite and the food was delicious. Great time!
