Being a foodie, restaurants and great food are the first few things I always look up before traveling somewhere. I saved up Easton's Beach Snack Bar in my list when we finally drove from NYC to Newport this past weekend. We were allowed early check in at our hotel so we were able to make it a Cliff Walk + beach day right on day 1. After completing that famous walk, we finally headed to the snack bar. Social distancing and masks strictly enforced which is very much appreciated. Got the twin lobster rolls for almost $18 which came with fries while hubby got the $19+ plain lobster roll with drawn butter. WOW. Expectations met and exceeded! These were both incredibly delicious! The bun was toasted perfectly and still warm, the lobster so fresh and delicious, and the mayo was balanced, not overpowering! The fries were also so good! And I normally don't even eat a lot of fries. What also adds up to the experience is the view of the whole beach. So so worth it. We loved it so much we decided to go back and make it our last meal before we drove back to NYC. This time though I also wanted to try the clam strips and I will say my only regret is not trying these on day 1 because I loved every bit of it and would have happily indulged in more! I guess there's a reason to come back again soon, Newport!

Best Lobster Roll in Newport ! Huge chunks of lobster on a perfectly buttered bun. The fries that come with it are amazing too. We are at Lobster Roll Heaven and Bowen 22. Neither of them even came close. We already have had the lobster roll here twice and plan to have it one more time before we leave tomorrow. It’s incredible. Everything you want a lobster roll to be. Got both the twin lobster roll and large size roll. I preferred the large hot lobster roll. You will pay atleast 10 dollars more for a lobster roll anywhere else in Newport and it will be half as good.

We loved our “plain and simple” buttered lobster rolls so much we had to come back the next day before we headed out of town. Clam chowder was delicious too. Kind owner. Great view from the upper deck seating over the beach. Can’t wait to return.

The best lobster roll we had in all of Newport and the most affordable too. Two lobster rolls and fries, on the beach, for just $16.87. Don’t waste your time going to a sit down restaurant paying that price for one. Enjoy the sunshine and the waves with Easton.

What a surprising gem where we thought we would find a "tourist trap" kind of restaurant. The sans mayo lobster roll was excellent. The lobster was super fresh and skillfully de-shelled to be delicately put together for this lobster roll. The fried clams strip basket was huge and really tasty! I was sad it didn't come with fries but I could barely finish the basket anyway! I was a bit disappointed a regular sized water bottle was $2.75 because that just seemed absolutely absurd but I suppose out of necessity it's what it is. Other than that, we loved eating along the dock next to the beach/ocean. Very beautiful views with a pretty nice lunch!

Dope spot. Got the twin lobster rolls and some fried clams to eat there. Both were very nice. Also picked up some farm fresh heirloom tomatoes and peaches, and made a an awesome summer salad for lunch the next day.
