It's my belief that this Chipotle is one of the best managed restaurants in your system. I've consistently eaten at your restaurant at Carothers Road 2-3 times per week, for over a year. It is undoubtedly the best part of my day, when I choose to eat here. I can always expect a well prepared meal and a staff that acknowledges me, every time I come in. I have built a rapport with not only management, but front line employees who are always happy to see me come in. They have no need to do this, but I can imagine it is because I try to treat them with respect. Quick service is unforgiving in that the customer is not always courteous. Some prefer to order line workers around like Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo. Top to bottom you have something to be very proud of here. I implore you to reward this staff. My 20 dollar tip could never be enough to return the happiness they have given me over multiple days and multiple months. Viv' 93 Carothers Road, may you live forever corporately.

I called to place a catering order and the GM was great in helping me figure out what to order. When he found out the order was for dinner at the teen shelter- he told me he was donating half the food. When we picked it up- he comp'd the entire order!
Food was great and kids were thrilled!
Highly recommend this place!

I went here on Saturday, and it has to be the very best chipotle I have ever been too!!! They were quick and made sure to give you good amounts of what you ordered! Made sure to give me fresh chips instead of ones that had been sitting! ( I don't know how many times I have gotten stale chips!) highly recommend this one! I will drive from Anderson township just to have this one!!!
We had amazing service here today! My son and I had just left cincinnati children's hospital after a day of bone marrow transplant prep. We went to chipotle because it is his fave, he asks for 'potle all the time! Long story short one of the employees of the restaurant on Caruthers in Newprt, Ky insisted on paying for our meal. It was unexpected and very much appreciated.

My family and I had a great experience here today - we eat at Chipoltle often and this location today, stood out above the rest due to the courteous service, great portion size and fresh food, and the kindness shown. I attempted to pay for an officer's lunch behind me, but instead of taking my money, they took care of the officer's lunch for me and then tried to give me credit for doing it. I will definitely be visiting this place more often in the future.
Regular customer and they know my order pretty well. Cheyenne (sp?) is awesome!

I want to thank Newport Chipotle for supporting Active Heroes! I happen to go to Newport Chipotle today and a man sitting there told us about the fund raiser! I was so impressed! As an American, I want to thank you! Also, the staff at this location was so friendly and very helpful. Our tacos were amazing! To the nice man, thank you for your service to our great country! So as if it takes a whole lot to make a 9 month pregnant woman cry, cried in the car at lunch today because people can be so sweet. Went to Chipotle in Newport (Newport Pavilion) for lunch because I figured at this point it might be my last burrito before my little munchkin decides to grace us with his/her presence, and the crew there asked me how I was doing and when I was due and when I told them tomorrow they gave me a free burrito <3 so thank you to the kind people at Chipotle in Newport! You guys made this very pregnant lady really happy today! <3
The food quality is almost always great. The staff is nice enough. I just always wonder about portions, it seems, depending on who is working, I can get either enough food that I can't finish my bowl/burrito and other times, it's not enough. For the $8 or so I spend, it seems a pretty good value.
Excellent customer service! Thank you to the manager and employees working 1/13/22!! I made a dumb mistake trying to order lunch at work, and I sent my order to the wrong store. I called and tried to explain that I’d just come by around dinner to grab it in hopes they wouldn’t toss the food I’d accidentally ordered. They ended up just making a fresh bowl for me when I showed up around 6 even though they were very busy. I was not on my game today but you all were. I appreciate you and the food was delicious as always.
