I popped in for a quick lunch and cheesecake. I had the skinnylicious salmon rolls which were really good. Salmon wrapped in spinach and crispy pastry (like spring rolls / egg rolls). Served with red cabbage salad with a sesame oil / Asian dressing. Really delicious, but slightly greasy.
Followed with the fresh strawberry cheesecake. Great classic cheesecake served with mountains of whipped cream. I was glad the slice wasn’t enormous as American portions often are.
I sat at the bar and the waitress / bar lady was friendly. Great service
Why not review a chain. This is always a satisfying meal. This is a grand-scale, dreaming kitchen that always get's it right. Nie one complaint, always over-performs.
This outlet of the popular chain is much smaller and cosier than the one at the Prudential center.. The menu is similar as are the desserts and Cheesecakes. The saladfs are large and a meal on their own. Crisp lettuce and greens with tuna or seafood are light and refreshing. The Burgers and Pizzas are quite good and worth trying particularily the one with steak !!. The main course choose the fish/seafood ones or the fillet mignon or Rib Eye Steaks which are wholesome . For the sweet tooth nothing like the Key Lime cheesecake,not that the other choices wont appeal .
All in all a nice place to sit and enjoy a good meal although do not expect Gourmet stuff.
Enjoyed my experience here. The front desk and wait staff were all very friendly, accommodating (we asked to be seated outside the restaurant in the "open air" seating right at the edge of the mall), timely in bringing the food. Our waiter suggested the breakfast tacos (pictured here) and they were very good!
One of our family go to place in Chestnut Hill, service and quality are always consistent. These days when food price has gone up everywhere Cheesecake Factory I feel like I can get a decent meal at reasonable price and quality from here. I always order Thai Chicken Wrap. It’s my all time favorite, grilled chicken with lettuce, pickle cucumber, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, egg noodles, and 3 kinds of dipping sauce. Quite a big portion, it’s a satisfying meal. Also Miso Salmon with brown rice is always a family favorite.
I was very very satisfied with food and service! The food was very delicious and the server was very professional with good sense! My son really liked the kids menu - Mac and Cheese. And he also enjoyed the bread while waiting for the plates.
Very nice family restaurant! I've tried several Cheese Cake Factory, and here's the best branch for me! I'll definitely try again next time! :) 😀

Went there with wife, and daughter who goes to BC. It is always a nice place for anyone to go and enjoy ! My jambalaya was good , with chicken and shrimp , wish it would include some sausage and a little more sauce . My daughters chicken dish was very good and my wife’s vegetarian entree was also very good! My Long Island Iced Tea was a little sweet and not very strong ! Overall , a great place for family, dates and occasions !
My wife and I were in Chestnut Hill and decided on Cheesecake Factory.
It was about 5:00 pm and we got a nice table immediately,
Our server was very attentive without being intrusive.
My wife ordered the sweet and spicy chicken and I got the Shepard Pie.
My meal was beyond delicious and my wife loved her meal. She tasted some of mine and I tried fond of hers. She loved mine and I loved hers!
My Shepard Pie had the tastiest gravy I think I’ve ever had! It was dark, rich and full of flavor! It was life changing gravy!
The time yo get our meals after ordering and receiving our food was longer than I would have liked but the tasty food made up for it!
The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was family friendly. We saw a lot of parents with their kids.
If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely go again!!
