The crew that works here is absolutely amazing. During these difficult times of random items being backorder (they unfortunately can't control their inventory, all they can do is order what is low and wait for it to appear, same as any other business) they are able to suggest many different options to try. You aren't able to redeem points at this small franchise, but that doesn't stop me for enjoying what the have to offer.

the baristas are always super sweet and get the drinks made correctly. you also can use your rewards at this location but it has to be with your starbucks card they can’t scan the QR code. love this starbucks

... Friendly staff, always . It might be better if they stocked more of that lemon loaf cake, since there's seldom more than 2 or 3 pieces every time I go to get it. And it's often not available at all.
This Starbucks is in newton.coming back to cedar rapids from desmoines our family stoped later in the day. Just one employee and several customers. Our order was 5 drinks alone. Have to give this worker credit . She made the orders correctly and even though understaffed she didn't complain and was very polite. Thumbs up to this employee .
