The owner of this Manhattan Bagel is just plain nasty and rude. I have been going here for a while and always felt the customer service was lacking and cold, but dealt with it. After todays experience I will never return. I arrived at 6:55 am and waited in my car until 7:00am for them to open. A
Been trying to call to place an order for pick up to reduce wait time but noone has ever answered in the last 3 years atleast. Maked me never go there anymore. Original Bagel is well worth the extra couple minute drive out of the way.

I wish I could give this owner and his business 0 stars. My child has a dairy allergy and I asked for his bagel to be cut with a different knife so it wouldn’t come into contact with butter or cheese. I was rudely refused and then the owner began to walk away and not even take the rest of my order.
They deliberately do not answer the phone. They ate rude, they run out of basic things like plan bagels, way to much. Over all awful, unsure how they are still In operation. You have to know someone in there to get food or have the phone answered. Everyone told me not to try this location. I see why

Bagels are good. Customer service, not so much. Arrived on a Saturday, 7 minutes before closing. Doors were locked. Not going to buy my bagels there ever again.
