The staff always acknowledge you are there and make sure your order is up quick. They always say hello and it is always packed. They do a great job dealing with many people who may not have patience.
A thankless job for sure but they do great.

They recently redesigned the place to add more seating BUT they get so busy, flow of customers does not seem to have been considered.
For summer, too, put on the damn AC! I heard the landlord doesn't want to pay the AC bill - ridiculous! Not only for the customers but dangerous for the employees!!
They make very nice dry cappuccino but sometime they donuts are not as fresh as wanted to have.
This is the quickest Dunkin ever. No matter how complicated my order, they get it done in under 5 minutes and it's always correct! I know I can actually make a quick Dunkin run when I stop here!
Most Dunking Donut places are clean and the food and drinks are fresh but some of them not so fresh and clean. But this one is the best in Lower Bucks, the cleanest, freshest food and drinks and the staff is very friendly.
Dunkin in Newtown is always a good place to go get coffee and something quick to eat. They have a Baskin Robbins there also. The staff is always friendly.

Good location. Parking can be annoying if it is a busy morning. Staff if friendly and usually quick. Hours of operation are also nice as well.
As usual they are in such a rush to get you out that don't toast the bagel... at least it was fresh... other bagel made wrong and asked for extra cream cheese and they put it on the bagel not the side...
