This is a typical tourist trap selling useless items (of dubious quality) and questionable food. It is a 2-floor building with different shops. They also charge $25 for parking, which is quite steep. Goat Island has $10 parking or park on the street if you can find a spot.

Love this place! I took a day trip to Niagara Falls with my friend, and we stopped to eat at the international food court inside the One Niagara Welcome Center. The very bad experience I ever had. Be careful in the food court of "The Dog House" american cuisine cheater. They are cheating by making food not as shown in pictures. Rudest staff and charge you extra tax as a building tax. Miserable

So much to do. Eat, shop, walking the trails. Coming back again with friends & family.

Gift shop was nice, but felt like a dump from the inside and out. Thought there would be a lot more inside, but it was only 2 floors - was excited for a whole shopping experience. Second floor was a bit strange as well. Disappointed.
