Very clean and good smell place. Lots of employees to help you out. Cheap prices and helping nature. They made my coffee again when it was cold due to extra cream.

Hands down the best chain food restaurant coffee in western
New York !!! I remember years ago
I was out of state and a conversation
that I was part of turned to coffee.
When I voiced my opinion about
Tim Hortons, the response was
"Who is Tim Horton?" What kind of
question is that. It's more than just
An old hockey players name.
It is a western New York institution
If you have never drank there coffee or
tried any of the baked goods, you at the very least know the name. Keep on brewing Timmy how's !!!

The workers don’t care all they do is laugh and joke with each other the food and coffee is horrible now then I noticed a guy sweeping near open food and I could see everything from the floor going all over the open food.

Very inconsistent, Once in a blue moon are your chances of getting a double/double coffee, or even a triple/triple that's the same. I say all the time, but really need to make more coffee at home, unfortunately tired of getting coffee with either sugar, or cream missing! What's more frustrating is that's what the place is in business for! Making coffee, maybe just me, but definitely a daily customer, sometimes more!

My order was taken correctly, however, a portion was given to another customer who didn't get what they wanted after waiting too long and got a refund. The food was touched by the customer so I requested it be replaced and it never came. I was then ignored further and after several minutes I asked if we could just get donuts instead. We got the donuts but overall the food was terrible and the customer service even worse. Tim Hortons has reached a new low. Hopefully, they're still doing coffee right.

This Tim Hortons is very slow. Especially the drive thru. I wait in line 15-20 minutes when they have more than a few cars to deal with. I'm usually not critical but please do something about it. I'm tired of being late.

Tim's used to be amazing, now they serve meh coffee in dirty stores with unenthusiastic hollowed out shells of employees. It's sad to see this staple chain crash and become a filthy Burger King extension.
