My husband and I have been to the pita pit place in niceville a few times & there is some main guy that cooks there (not sure his name) but he is wonderful! He is on point with all the food, questions, friendly attitude, and I could go on & on! He is the best & the reason we keep coming back! He is awesome plus the amazing healthy food options!
I’ve been here twice now just passing through and this time was even better than the last. This food is incredible and surprisingly quick! Both times I’ve been here the staff are over-the-top nice, Way to go!

I've only been once, so this is subject to change.
The staff seemed frazzled, and it was only 11AM. Maybe they were short handed. The cashier was also helping cook and make smoothies, so the line to order was really backed up. The cashier was a little snippy with customers, but it was pretty understandable. He wasn't out-right rude, just very short.
-The good-
*The food was delicious, fresh and inexpensive.
*Niceville needs more healthy, quick restaurants (and a shoe store, but that's off topic).
*Online ordering made it very easy.
*The store is clean and looks nice.
*Great location.
-The meh-
*I picked up a decent sized to-go order (6 pita's) and one wasn't right, but it took forever to get it corrected because the line to order was so backed up. Added another 1/2 hour to my lunch break and everyone was starving by the time I got back to work.
*Be very specific when ordering. I don't like feta cheese. I ordered the garden salad in a pita (which doesn't list feta on the menu) and it was full of feta. Wouldn't hurt to ask what 'really' comes in the pita.
-The bad-
*Nothing was bad. I am more that willing to give this place another try. Hopefully they have fixed the staffing issue. Maybe someone had just called in sick.
Pita pit is always legit. It's quick healthy and mostly fresh. Something Niceville lacks but this is the south. Lol.
I will second the previous comment about the guy at the counter. I feel like he is the owner. It seemed like him and his wife were working together. Granted it is Christmas Eve but he was very short and not friendly at all. If this wasn't pita pit I wouldn't keep coming here. I have been to them all over the country and he is definitely not the nicest worker I've come across. He seems like a hot head and freaks out if there is more than one person in line. I would be willing to wait a couple more minutes for my food if the dude would chill and be friendly.
Pita pit is usually a "crunchy" type establishment so chill bro, enjoy the fact that you are serving people healthy food!!
All in all I love the Pit!!!!
Food was great. And leaving 4 stars because of it. BUT oh my - I overheard the (I guess manager) talking to the young blonde employee and completely belittling her. "Put the bacon in this corner, that's how you do it and you'll listen to me, because I'm the Boss!" He says to her in front of me me and few other customers in the store. Did not get the mangers name but if you talk to your employees like that you should be ashamed. You're lucky to even have employees working in a small town like Niceville. Respect everyone always.
My first time ever to try this place out. Michelle and her husband were awesome, and my sandwich and smoothie were absolutely delicious. You will not be disappointed by this place's service!!!
Such a great place for lunch! Great food, great location and awesome service. Menu is a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely great food, relaxed staff (positive and a negative) but the food just was impeccable so that outweighs the staff. Like Subway with pita bread and more/different choices
