Best Fast food anywhere! Best Friendly Service . They will go out of there way to Please & Feed you. They really do Care about there Customers & the Quality of there food & Service . I love Bluewater Bay Whataburger.

I had Bacon & Cheese Whataburger with jalapenos added: I believe that was THE BEST chain restaurant burger I have ever had.
This is actually one of the quicker water-burgers (as they say). Got the orders right, they were ready 5 mins after we ordered online. Did forget the gravy for the breakfast bowl and I had to go in. This store also has more items than most, include the breakfast bowls, pancakes and the BLT's are hard to find!
The line was long, but they had a very nice young lady out in the 88° taking orders. Paid by card so Paid with her, drove to the window got our fabulously yummy milkshakes and was pulled ahead to get food. Nice lady verified my order and gave us food. The food was great! Highly recommend the bacon avacado burger and the strawberry malt and the dr pepper milkshake... so 😋yummy.
Although ever place is short staffed, taking 10 minutes to take my order, then 20 minutes to get my food. Several customers waiting for 30 minutes to get their orders. Drive thru was lined up and the 2 workers just stood around waiting and doing nothing else. The manager was more interested in arguing with an employee rather than driving the backlog down and getting customers served.
They have not messed up once. Sadly, (but i love it) the girls in the morning recognize me. I've gone morning and night and met new people. Whoever is training them is someone id want on my team. They are allstars. You might wait a minute or two more but they are so good it doest matter. (The line around the drivethru is because they really are that dang good).
Did an online order and they accidentally forgot a small fry and a burger. Went back inside to get them replaced. They got it out very quickly. As we were heading home, I ended up finding the missing burger. I called them to try to pay for it and apologize but they wouldn't take my money. This store has amazing, patient workers. Very rare anymore.
If you're not in a rush and want to enjoy a good Whataburger this is the place to go to. Excellent service and hot delicious food
Food was good. Service was okay .they looked miserable when taking our order but wouldn't let that stop me from ordering me some good burgers 😋

First visit since COVID-19 and it was amazing. I accidentally sat in a closed seating area, I spilled my entire drink in my lap, and dropped my phone in the ketchup. I don't even remember eating my fries. The staff was great and very accommodating. Much appreciation to the Lyft driver for not taking my wallet and pushing me out in a dark neighborhood. She even help me order $33 of Whataburger. I woke up laying on the sidewalk (Ross Dress for Less) with half a publix turkey cranberry sub and a some pad Thai. I am allergic to peanuts BTW.
The spicy bacon burger is so amazing!! Best burger have had at any fast food restaurant in a long time
I had the triple Whataburger with cheese. It was incredible! The fries were hot and fresh. They brought the food out to our table and, though not a full-service restaurant, remained very attentive to our table's needs.
This place is amazing we always go there wait like 5 minutes and the best hamburgers omg my kids love this yummy place , I got the mushrooms burger 🍔 doble meat was delicious have this salsa , yummy
Fast and friendly service at drive through. Food was awesome when we got home to eat it. Eat in and was awesome. Service great. Manager was nice.
Honey butter chicken biscuits are always the bomb! Fountain drinks have great flavor. Friendly people were working the drive through. Short wait times too.
