I’m not much on reviews, but I feel the need to speak my thoughts on our Niceville location. Tonight I stopped in because I saw the nacho fries are back. I dined inside & asked for a special accommodation & I received the best service I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. The manager on duty (christy?? I think.) I can’t remember her name exactly, but she & her staff made THE BEST meal I’ve ever eaten from Taco Bell, and it really set the bar high for every other location. Please acknowledge her & the staff for some great, fast, friendly service. Not to mention, the food was freshly made. I am in a food coma now. THANK YOU!!! Christy - you made the best plate of food for me. If I worked there, that was exactly how I would have made it for myself.
You get what you should expect to get at Taco Bell...moderate quality food and likely the runs.
Employees were nice in the drive thru, so that is a bonus.

Chris chambers and his team are doing a great job !!! I walked up, but unfortunately the dining room wasn’t open. Rather than leave me out in the cold, he took me in and made my order, delicious sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito. I wanted iced coffee and even though they didn’t have it, they tried to make one for me anyway. OUTSTANDING A+++ EFFORT !!!
Staff do not serve food till 9 A.M. The store opens at 8:00, "but will not be ready till 9 A.M".
As of 29 Aug 2023, the restaurant was serving food by 8 A.M., will follow up if service changes.
They are good but they randomly shut down the indoor dining some days.
Had great experience. I was greeted when I drove up to order. Wasn't to sure on what I wanted so it took a minute. They also promoted the new item on the menu. Great service all away around. I also got sweet tea for my beverage. Hands down the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Keep doing what your doing!!!!
