Maria is the best. It's nice to have someone who provides customer service the way it should be. She is by far a big asset to Domino's. I hope they know she is the main reason a lot of customers continue to eat there. Myself included. She is the best!!
Always hot and fast. They offer good deals and the more you go there, the more you save. The employees have always been nice to me as well. I love the cinnimon twists they have for dessert. They are like soft pretzels dipped in butter then rolled in cinnimon/sugar. Yummy!
Generally consistent taste and quality . The drivers vary. Special shout-outs to Maria who makes beautiful pizzas and Sue the delivery expert who's been bringing me hot pizza pies for years now.
Very disappointed with online ordering. First the online never told me how much until after check out. $3 tip offer stinks. misleading when you listen to the offer on TV. it is only good for one week the next week We usually eat pizza out about once a month so that is worthless. Just over all dissatisfied with on line order. Been a loyal domino's customer for years. Just learned to never do online again. We are a regular at the Bluewater store in Niceville.
I will give Eli credit for making this situation better, However I stand by what I said above Eli said when i arrived in the store to pick up my Pizza, he said, Let me see if I can find some coupons and make that better. He did. We will see. I will up the rating up 1 star because of Eli's effort
The one chance I have had to order pizza in months due to my wife’s pregnancy diet and it was perfect. Norman showed up not long after placing the order with a couple of perfectly cooked hot pizzas. Mine well done and hers thin and crispy. I’ve been used to being disappointed by other locations, but this one is on point. Thank you for being good at what you do
I usually do the special 7.99 on thin with 3 topping n I ame never let down. The customer service to the pizza itself. I called tonight asked for recommendations.. The lady who took my order was so unbelievably nice and gave me options. If you want a great experience from a chain pizza place this is where you go. If you have to drive for pick up way worth it!! Always friendly n I work all the time, so this is my go to when I'm not in the mood to cook, which is a lot. Best pizza in Niceville!!!!
43 minutes from order to delivery was pretty impressive especially since we live literally on the opposite side of town. We were also given an hour in a half to hour 45 min delivery time. Driver was exceptionally polite. Pizza (thin crust) did get soggy. Everything else: salad and lava cake, great!
I am going to give them a 5 however they got my order on the salad wrong, and when I called they immediately gave me another! The pizza was hot and fresh full of meat and veggies! The brownies were good and the soda was cold! That’s a win!
Driver was so sweet and brought the best pizza I ever ate. Seriously it was flipping delicious. Pacific veggie on Brooklyn style crust add pepperoni. Wow.. oh yeah and extra cheese, light sauce. Perfection

The Pizza Is not the Greatest by no means, but the wings and cinnamon twist are addictive AF. Oh, and their hrs are great cuz after 8-9 on a weekday ur pretty much screwed for anything other than fastfood.
