No lie, I just had the most glorious pizza and chicken wings of my life. It was hot, cooked perfectly. The crust was just right.
The pizzas here are always well made. The ingredients are fresh and there is a lot of choice to keep everyone happy.
I REALLY REALLY miss the create your own, up to five toppings pizza, for a reasonable price. When my husband and I try to create our favorite pizzas it comes out to a ridiculous price, especially considering the small amount of each topping on the pizzas (nothing like the pictures -- false advertising????). We have pretty much quit buying pizza due to the ridiculous price of getting what we want - rather than what someone else wants us to be limited to -- for a reasonable price, but also because of the lack of healthy options such as cauliflower crust, plant based cheese, etc. (for me - my husband likes the "real" stuff.
I am impressed with the ability of the staff to calmly handle situations out of their control.
They made my order well, door dash complicated my order. The situation was very frustrating. Door dash needs to get it together.
When I say 5 stars I mean it. Best customer service out there. Pizza Hut isn’t Pizza Hut without the care of the employees. I feel so welcome as soon as I walk into this Pizza Hut in particular. It almost makes me feel complete.. whole if you will. One bite of that meat lovers pizza will make you feel fulfilled for days.. weeks... maybe even months. I’m definitely a meat lover if you’re catching what I’m throwing;) I guess all I’m trying to say is.. keep up the good work and remember bacon eggs grits sausage. Thank you for your time. Sincerely- some random Pizza Hut loving individual. (P.s. if I’m being honest the food really tears my stomach to shreds but every bite feels like home)
The cashier was super nice. After having a bad experience here that made me not want to order from this pizza hut again, I gave them another chance. They did not disappoint this time. Pizza was cooked PERFECT and was done on time.
The last two times I have ordered pizza for delivery from this location, the food has been better than perfect! Piping hot and perfectly prepared. Delivery was lightning quick as well.
Received wrong order, turned out we made the mistake when ordering online. The missing pizza was not enough to qualify for delivery service, thought we had to run and go get it.... called the manger (Sean sp.) and explained it was our mistake, he took the order, honored the "special price" and had it delivered asap! Uncommon Above & Beyond Customer Service, thanks to Sean, you have a loyal Pizza Hut customer!!! Thank You!!!
Have enjoyed Niceville Pizza Hut for many years and have always had great customer service and fresh food. Sean the manager has always been helpful and has definitely made it easy to figure out where we buy our pizza from. Thanks again for the continued consistency!
My experience is always amazing at this location
Large portions of food amazing atmosphere the food is really really good! Oh and they just casually have an estimated 2 million dollars hanging from the walls and ceilings no biggie. Must see!!
As far as pizza places,this ones top 4 in town.when I crave pan pizza and breadsticks I hit the hut 👍Marco's is 1st,papa johns,dominos 😅 better specials at other places,I spent $24 just on a medium 3 topping,2 liter and breadsticks 🤷♂️not bad but same price 2 large pizzas at papa John's,any specialty and a 2 topping 😅
