This Dunkin’ is getting better every month. The service is friendly, and the staff are getting faster. They’ll give your dog a munchkin and whip cream for your pup at this location. Keep them in business out here, the coffee is awesome, and they support local programs.
They were quick and the Bacon Avocado Tomatoe sandwich was great. They did not cheat me out of my bacon. Would go back to the Niceville Dunkin Donuts.
Staff was very courteous and reasonably patient, seeing as I had 3 kiddos with me trying to pick out a dozen. No complaints.

I’m giving 5 stars for the current GM!! Yes this specific location struggles with staffing and sometimes items are not as good as they can be, but the GM is always great! She was the only one there today and she made a bomb iced coffee and still had a good attitude even with a line of cars. She’s always kind to us and my 19 month old daughter, who LOVES her. She looks forward to us rolling the window down so she can talk to her. Best GM for that place!
We received Excellent customer service through the drive through by Brandon. He was extremely helpful with giving his most popular drink suggestions & went above and beyond when my donut selection was sold out! Thank you Brandon!
Dunkin’ should be ashamed of themselves. They had 1 employee working this morning on a Sunday morning crowd. She was a trooper though and was very good at her job and got us out in a timely manner. Thank goodness Dunkin had a dedicated employee like her. Food was awesome btw🤣!!!
they work hard and make sure everything is correct. food taste straight fire and the iced coffee is like nitrous
