One of the best Panera Bread locations hands down. Excellent staff members. They're very polite and always there to make sure your order is up to your expectations. While we always liked Panera Bread products, we mainly always enjoy coming to this particular locations simply because of their exceptinoal customer care. If you place your order online you can be sure it'll always be ready for your arrival. There was one instance my order wasn't ready on time (due to system issues and not fault of anyone). It didn't take them more than 7 minutes to complete my order and for caused inconvenience they offered a side order free of charge. I just wish other businesses would take an example or two from this PB store to improve their customer service skills. And of course most importantly their products are always fresh and delicious. CDC COVID-19 guidelines are followed fully. We're very pleased with this store.
This location is perfect for a nice mid day stop alone to eat and read email or to catch up with friends. Great clean seating inside and outside. A terrific selection of pastries and all your favorite salads! The staff are friendly and fast, I appreciate both with a dollar tip. There is drive thru at this location and decent parking but its Florida...I hop on my bike from Swift Creek and ride.
I have to say I've never been treated so well at a restaurant. A quick back story. I used door dash to bring me lunch the other day. My salad came how it comes but I ordered without onions and tomatoes. I called just let them know they put my name down and said they would make it right next time. So I finally had a day I could go in and the day manager was so sweet and actually thanked me for coming in and letting them fix it. I don't usually leave reviews but this manager needs a raise for the way she is running that store. Plus my lunch was amazing!!!!
I come in here about 3 days a week for lunch and it’s always clean and the employees are great!
Delicious cream of turkey and wild rice soup with a nice crisp grilled cheese sandwich and bread. Finished off with a good glass of green tea.
Update: Who knew that Panera made great smoothies? I recommend the Frozen Caramel Cold Brew. Decadent!
Food was good but pricey. Portion sizes have gotten smaller over the past year, but the freshness and good-for-you ingredients make it worth the splurge!
Food was hot. Drive thru was fast. Employee at the window was very nice. The new spicy chicken sandwich was very good. They were out of tomato soup. Got the Autumn Squash instead. It was good, but sweet. Mac n Cheese was good.
A breakfast sandwich that was tasty and filling, a pleasant staff, and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Only complaint was the coffee urn was empty. Quickly corrected by employees, so no real gripe.
Food is good here. The service was outstanding.
We ordered two salads that we always order and usually it is really good.
It was different tonight due to training new employees. I called and spoke with the manager and they made it right and were very helpful. We love Panera and they always have great customer service.
