The food here is amazing. I have some "regular" faves. The roasted red pepper soup and grilled cheese is always a good one. Their burgers and salads are great too. Whatever you get, add bacon to it. Their bacon is incredible!! It's always a pleasure to see Tish!!
1st time I tried Blue Collar Cafe and I must say, I was not disappointed!! I tried the B.O.B. on the everything bagel & it was amazing! The bagel was toasted but so soft, not chewy at all! As I was alone, I sat at the bar. Got a Maple Bacon BLT with slaw. The sandwich was very tasty and well prepared. I found the coleslaw to be overly sweet. Good pickle. Staff was nice although not attentive.
This is a classic, laid-back, small menu place. I love it when you can decide what you want quickly because they make a few things and do it well. On the weekends this place is packed so we go during the week. The view is beautiful if you sit facing the door or outside. Their bagels are HUGE.
