I ordered my Birthday Burger and selected the Smoke and Pepper Burger with the Steak Fries. The burger came out good and I enjoyed the whole meal. Obviously even better when it's part of the Loyalty program and it is a free meal. I added the Raspberry Cream soda and overall had a great meal. Service

Neither my husband nor I were impressed with the quality of the hamburger meat. I also did not care for the sweet relish sauce that on on the burger (personal preference). So I would omit that next time. Onion rings and fries were good. Service was good.

Always great burgers. My favorite is the Whisky River BBQ burger. But, I've had them all over the years and they are all good. Now, if they could only make their "bottomless fries" crispier, they could improve on their greatness.

I placed a family order and they got everyone’s order correct except mine. The online ordering gave me an option of having lettuce vs. a bun. I selected that option. Instead of getting the burger I wanted which was the Scorpion Burger. I ended up with just a burger patty, cheese, pickles and tomatoe

As always, excellent food!! I've tried almost all of the burgers and there isn't one I don't like. The banzai burger is my favorite... but it's very messy so all for more napkins & also a knife to cut in half to help handle it easier.

Food is great and servers are so nice!! The floors are so dirty though and the bathrooms as well. They are really busy and still provide great service but it doesn’t make me want to come back if I see that much food on the floor and my seat/table before I sit down.

Great menu choices for all budgets. I love the onion ring tower and the Red Robin burger with the egg. The Tavern burgers are a good option of a smaller burger for smaller appetite. Fast service
