My wife and I were relieved to find that Fazoli's stays opens late on a Sunday night. The spaghetti and fettuccini were both good, the food came out quick and the breadsticks tasted fresh. The water from the soda fountain was cold and refreshing. And the tables were quite clean! 'Twas a good dining
My family and I ordered online from Fazoli’s. I asked for chicken broccoli penne with no roasted chicken. My husband picked up the order since I just had surgery on my ankle and have to keep my ankle elevated. I found out when my husband got home with the order that they had put chicken on my penne.
Excellent customer service from Michael. Line was very slow but from no fault of his. Only from the fault of the two separate customers in front of me. Not at all crazy about their pizza sauce.

Let's be real, most of their food is okay but the bread sticks are to die for. The gluten-free chicken pesto is amazing even if you don't need gluten-free!
Out of Alfredo at 9:00 refused to make more not like it's a fresh made sauce. If a customer is willing to wait I always make whatever I need to. Unprofessional employees who only care about themselves.
The drive thru was not busy at all yet I had to wait to give my order. Then the young lady at the window failed to ask for my coupon charged my card full price.
