Ordered ahead and ate on the large patio out front. It was a bit loud since it’s a really busy mall area but that’s not Panera’s fault of course. The food was good and the few custom changes we had were done properly. No issues at all, a nice experience.
Nice place. Good food. Prompt service. Booth seat upholstery needs replacing. Good music but WAY TOO LOUD, even with noise canceling headphones. Not sure if this a tactic to keep people from staying long or the staff just wants to hear the music over the kitchen noise.
There was a young man that was just so nice to us while we was there. I didn't get his name, he had the prettiest dark curly hair. Very well mannered and polite.
Food and service was impeccably Panera - the new chicken sandwich is honestly delicious. However, it was quite a bit dirtier than I'd normally expect. Tables and floors needed cleaning, and utensil items needed some restocking.
My daughter not usually choose to go here together. I love that they have the get to for one price thingy. Everything is always so fresh and delicious.
Edit: I had a great visit after not having the opportunity in a long time. Friendly and fast service, super clean restaurant, even outside, and the Mediterranean bowl was delicious! Kudos!
I love their soups, flatbreads, and panini. Great meatless options and always nice to see calories posted right on the menu board. I was given a baguette with my soup, but would have liked another option since I already had a sandwich. Maybe the chain can find another option. Everything was very clean, even on a Friday at dinner time, but the outside dish bin was full. I'm sure if it were summer, several insects would have gathered there. Also, there is an option to add a tip when paying at the pin pad, and when it popped up on the screen, I instinctively tapped "yes", thinking it was a confirmation. I do think it's pricey for the portion sizes, but it's a good, healthier menu variety.
