WOW! We tried the Transylvania Twist last night and it was AMAZING! Best crust around!
Our order arrived 20 mins earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Love that the owners are giving back to Niles schools with a portion of the profits going directly to New Tech.

We ordered for the first time last week. Excellent pizza and wings that the whole family enjoyed. My teenagers can be picky eaters but they absolutely loved Cottage Inn pizza. Everything was delivered quickly and still hot despite the bad weather. "Bye-bye Pizza Hut & Papa John's!" This will be our go-to pizza place from now on.

Went for the first time last week. Service was great!!! We had pizza subs and bread stix, all amazing!!!
I love that Cottage Inn has a 10 mile delivery radius. They're the only ones that reach my house (Pizza Hut only delivers 2 miles).
Walked in with coupon. It came out relatively faster than I thought. She never gave me a time. And did not offer the specialty crusts flavors. But pizza was delish!! And got my card stamped.
So I ordered for the first time last night after a nightmare of a day. There were a few problems that came up. The manager on duty, (sorry can't remember her name) handled things in a fantastic way. It is nice in these days and times that you feel like you were heard and management made things right. She even sent a bonus apple pie desert. Which by the way get that-you will thank me. So big shout out to a manager that really stepped up to the plate.
Pretty good pizza for being next to a gas station, taste is exceptionally good, plenty of cheese, great staff that are very attentive.
Pizza is good, service was excellent by the employee, I forget her name but brought my to-go order to my table I was waiting at opposed to leaving it on the counter for me to pickup- great service.
Place is clean quick great flavor, just alot of money. I really don't understand tips on pick ups. Just saying.

Edit: Had to come in and change my review, as the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza we just ordered was absolutely disgusting. End of edit. Food is delicious and inexpensive! Not to mention a convenient location. We got a large pep pizza, wings and cheese bread. Our favorites are the oven roasted wings and feta cheese bread, and the cream cheese garlic is AMAZING. Only complaint is the girl who took our order. We had to clarify the entire order at LEAST 5 times... Everytime she read it back to us she got several things completely wrong (at one point we asked for BBQ wings and she read it back as garlic parm.. This happened several times with many different items.), and she didn't even know they had Feta Cheese Bread on the menu. Then when we picked up the order, she missed several things and my fiance had to go back inside....i won't leave a bad review because of an inexperienced teenager (we've all been there, no hate and we had patience with her), but maybe a little more training :) All in all, the food was great and it didn't break my bank, will definitely be returning to try more
Okay, so I would have given it five stars but the pizza is over priced (almost ten dollars for a personal pan) and it tasted soo good, but as soon as I picked it up to eat it, all the toppings fell off and there was barely any cheese on it. Was still really tasty though.

Found my new favorite Niles pizza joint! Ordered the all-meat with Cajun crust and extra cheese, OMG, AMAZING!!!!!
A gem in Niles! The best pizza ever. Staff is so nice and always a pleasure to go to.
Probably the best pizza I have had. My only complaint is that the last time I ordered it was late in the evening the pizza was dark on the bottom. Still edible but had a rather burnt taste. I'm not saying I expect money back or something free. Just letting you know maybe whoever is making it could watch it closer. It won't stop me from ordering in the future. I love your pizzas.
Pizza and inn Styx are great, perfect amount of cheese and sauce and toppings. The only problem is when I called and placed my order I was told 20 mins. I waited a hour, I'm not mad I'm not blaming anyone for anything but I hope the next time I get a more accurate time frame. I had a house of hungry kids waiting and they devoured the pizza. I will be ordering again but double checking the pick up time.
