This is by far my favorite location in the Springfield area! I stop in every morning on my way to work, Sheila and Brittney are always smiling and in a great mood! They absolutely know how to make a bomb cold brew! As long as these 2 girls are at this location, I will continue to be a regular here!
First time I tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It was delicious. Staff was friendly & worked fast.
I guess it's great I've never been there I've never had coffee from there but the lines always around the corn
Place is a joke. I never give low reviews but the employees here just don’t care. It’s like, they don’t know how to communicate with their customers.

The employees were horrible. No one cared enough to let anyone know their drinks. Once they were done making the coffee they just placed it on the counter and went back to talking. I've had wayyyyy better services at diff locations.
Staff here are always very friendly and the get customer's drinks made quickly.
What ever happened to customer service ? The young ladies helping out didn’t care less for the long lines waiting for their coffees. No names or drinks called out, they assume we can see the cups through the long lines , waited longer than expected to get a mocha frap. 20 mins. Horrible place.
