It seems the norm anymore is unsatisfactory service. Not the case in our visit. We were stopping for a bite to eat before the Reo and Styx concert. Our waitress, Savannah was awesome. Our tea and water was constantly flowing. Plenty of steak fries and food was great.If you had a bad experience in the past... Next time you go ask for Savannah🙂
You gotta love this Red Robin! The people are Super and the food incredible!❤️❤️❤️ They were extremely busy but took the time out to assist up. Burgers are always good and the onion ring tower is something I love!
What an enjoyable experience. We shopped all day and were looking for a restaurant we saw some time back but couldn't remember the name. It might have closed due to covid. As we were looking we went into the Hamilton Center to find some place to eat. We saw Red Robin on the search for restaurants map. Found it. Got right in and we were not disappointed our server was Jury with the emphasis on the "ry". She was outstanding. We got the fried pickles for appetizer. No picture, they didn't last long enough. I got the Royal burger, my wife got the tavern burger with no bun. My daughter got the Soutbern Charm burger. We all got the steak fries. Note: the burgers actually look like the pictures. Smell and taste better though.
Was craving a specialty burger and thought about giving Red Robin ago since it had been several years since my last bite here. The fries are very good and were probably my favorite part of the meal. The burgers were okay -- they were made well and tasted fine, but they weren't really memorable, there wasn't anything disappointing about them, just very middle of the road. Service is very nice and take-out prep was awesome, the meals were packaged quite nicely and neatly.
Our server Ms. Vicotria was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to meet. She was on top of everything we needed and had us laughing. We wish her the absolute best life has to offer and red robin is lucky to have her.
Fords Garage was over a 30min wait for 2 people.. we looked outside and saw Red Ribbon.. We were seated right away and our waiter Corey was very polite and patient.
I had the Chicken Teriyaki and it was very VERY GOOD!

This was my first Red Robin experience. I mostly eat plant-based/vegan. We saw they had the impossible burgers here. I was happy with the friendly service I received. The food was cooked well.
Really good food- timely/tasty, and the service was moderate. Would do it again in a heartbeat! Overall 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!! Clean restaurant, and our server was attentive to all 7 of us! Will be back!
Food was good, we had a group of 15 and only one girl was doing anything. While everyone else stood around. I'm pretty sure waitress got frustrated and walked out because no one was helping her.

The food and drinks were better than I have experienced in the past and at other locations. Our server was friendly, but not very attentive.
Great time with teenage son and his grandmother! Suits all age generations and even babies and toddler friendly. The little.ones get to leave with balloons. Whenever we go staff is super friendly and on top of their job. Food is always great! Great American cuisine. Unlimited steak fries with any entree. Good deal if your hungry.
