We had great service and great food. They went out of their way to make my sandwich the way I like it, and they were so efficient and friendly! �
Oh my we love love love firehouse subs , I wish there was one a little closer . They closed the Muncie Indiana one , ..wish there was one in Anderson Indiana ...that would be awesome ..

I literally cried because I accidentally ordered my sandwich wrong online (I'm a bit emotional right now), and the guys were SO NICE. I was too sad/embarrassed/upset/etc to go back in myself and told my fiance I'd buy another one. The guys in Firehouse made me one on the house!!!❤️❤️ It honestly made my night. I have had a terrible time recently and really appreciate this small act of kindness. Really brightened up my evening. Thanks guys❤️
This was an experience that I wasn't expecting, I walked in and was greeted by the manager as if he had known me forever.
He made sure that I got any extras that came with the hot pastrami sub I ordered, this is a place to get the best food the best service and the friendliest atmosphere. I would highly recommend ordering from this particular firehouse sub.

Firehouse subs are unique! They have chill it'll names like a hook-and-ladder hero in other fire department names looking for a good quality meat you have found the right sub shop! They have the few basic meat turkey ham bacon roast beef pastrami corned beef brisket and can't forget to stake! The add-ons are limited but you can get them for absolutely free what you want on your sandwich! Don't forget to meatball in that awesome Captain Sorenson sauce a unique sweet and spicy BBQ exclusively through firehouse subs! The environment school they have old fired suits close hats gloves access hoses pictures of local firemen in your city and let's not forget the axe! Your meats are high quality they're always good! Can't forget to bring the kiddos they have free fire hats as well! We serve chili potato soup macaroni and cheese and they also have salads! Can't forget their exclusive cherry limeade the only place you can get it Firehouse subs!! Vandrie always tasted just like the fire. The pickles are amazing they coming 5-gallon Firehouse Sub buckets but you can take home for $35. For a bucket of pickles or 3$ for a empty one great environment great music while you eat if you're thirsty about 80 different flavors of Coca-Cola products! Highly recommended for the folks that haven't gone the ones that have always come back!!!!!!

I think the day and time you go depends on the quality sub you'll get. When we have gone, Jimmy has been the one making our subs typically. His subs are AMAZING. They are toasted, flavorful, and stuffed full of ingredients.. They are so delicious and we leave very satisfied. He and the other gentleman usually working with him are friendly and professional.
We went Saturday evening and a lady made my sub. The bottom of the bun was broken so she used the box as the bottom of the sandwich and sat the broken bun on top of the sandwich... I came in and informed them what had happened and they made me a complimentary sub. My advice, ask for Jimmy or the gentleman with him to make your sandwiches. You will leave happy. :)
Food is always amazing Quality and Ty and the crew always greets us with a Great attitude and exceptional service . Also, get the italian sub!!
