We stopped in before our concert. They was super busy, but they got our order out quick. And was so friendly and nice. Definitely enjoyed our personal pan and breadsticks. Thank you guys. Great customer service experience and wonderful food as well as food presentation!
It's a Pizza Hut, you get them pretty much everywhere you go. It used to be that the franchises in Indiana were different and they had that fresh spun dough and those fresh cut veggies but these days it's all frozen it's all the same everywhere. Pizza Hut out of Dallas got what they wanted, they crushed the little guy into oblivion and now all of it tastes mechanically engineered to be just okay.
Just picked up 4 pizza, we went inside and the young lady at the counter was so sweet and attentive she up sold me a salad and was one of the best, young workers I’ve seen in a long time! I didn’t get her name but if you stop by she will be the one with the great smile! Good job girl you made my day!
Ordered personal 🍕 with extra sauce. One of my favorite foods I always get the Supreme it's great, especially when every member of your family wants a different topping, just order personal 🍕 everybody can get what they want and I think they are about $6.00 a piece not bad.
Not really a place to eat in. More of a larger take out location. The food was typical Pizza Hut food and came out quickly. The staff seemed a bit overworked. It’s clean and nice decor with a drive up window.
The Pizza Hut on Cumberland Rd is great!! Pizzas arrived piping hot and were delicious. Keep up the good work!!
Everytime we visit this location they always go above and beyond to make our food and visit great!
Best customer service in town. My order was incorrect, they said sorry we can refund or make a new order. When I picked up my new order they apologized again, fantastic customer service!

This was our first time ordering from this location (we actually hadn't ordered from the hut in a while); we just moved up here. I could not be happier with the overall service. They had good deals going on, and our food arrived very quickly, even sooner than the promised time online. Our driver was cheerful and super nice. Based on this experience, we'd definitely order again!
Yesterday's visit was as good as possible. The pizza was ready when they said, it was hot when we picked it up, and it was cooked perfectly. There was no doughy, uncooked crust and the pepperoni was crispy at the curled up edges (yum).
They fixed this restaurant!! It's been good the last several times.
Always a great experience with this store. We generally order online. The drivers are always nice and the order has not been wrong yet!
We called ahead to make sure we could dine in. While they do not have a full service dining room there are a number of tables that you can sit and eat. Everything is boxed up as to go either way. When we arrived the door was locked with a sign that said drive thru only. Big thumbs up to the manager who let us in to dine in because someone had locked the doors too early. The young man that took our order could not have been any more polite and courteous. He was also knowledgeable of the menu. The store was clean and in good order. Our food was prepared as ordered and in an appropriate time. Would definitely recommend and visit again. The manager and the staff deserve recognition for making our dining experience a most pleasurable one. Thanks again.
Always hot, great food. THIS is always how I know pizza hut to taste. Employees are personable and greet you like a person and not a fast food drone which is so common anymore.

Food was good and quick, they didn't have any fountain drinks had to order a bottle. Didn't ask if we wanted bone in or bone out wings and got the wrong ones, but overall a good wxperience.
I love ordering from here. I order from here at least 2-4 times a week and every time the order is correct, hot, and usually ahead of schedule which is great! All of the delivery drivers are nice and polite, and when I go to pick it up at the store everyone treats me nicely and respectfully. All covid measures are handled properly, though they were nice before that, and I can’t think of anything poorly to say about them. If I’m hungry, this Pizza Hut is the first place I look (unless I ordered there multiple times already, then I worry that they’ll judge me)
