Grilled chicken 🍗 tacos 🌮 were amazing, I highly recommend them.
I work next door and I usually come for a drink for my shift. Store is typically clean and staff is usually nice. Today, I went in for my lil drink and the cashier reached around and just automatically put a tip on... I asked him since when is this mandatory and he said since the summer. No it isn't, lol. But whatever. This is the only thing that has annoyed me for the past three years.
Very quiet when I went I ordered Togo and the food was so good!!
Amount of food was greatly increased from previous visit. Fresh and delicious.

We order Qdoba quiet often through DoorDash and being busy parents the 96th location is closer. However, the two experiences were awful so I drove to Hamilton Town Center to order. Thank goodness I did! This location was clean, organized, and the staff was great. It’s sad that the other location is so bad that we would rather drive by it to go to another location. We will do it all day - everyday! The corporate team should send the Hamilton Center crew to 96th street to learn.
We have been pleased to see this Qudoba turn a corner.
The last few times we have gone here, the portions have been generous & clean tables & good service. So glad to see the change!!
The manager was very friendly, have great customer service and was respectful, personal and personable.
Last week, this location was handling pick up order for two stores after everyone walked out from the other location. These employees were working their butts off in an extremely stressful situation and were getting chewed out by unappreciative customers because of the slightly longer wait. Despite twice the volume, these guys got our order completed quickly and perfectly. The whole country is short staffed right now, and it's important to recognize the people putting in extra work in a difficult environment to make sure customers are taken care of. Every one of these employees deserves a raise for how well they handled this!
Line was a bit long today but there is a major of then at the cinema of the infinity wars coming out today. But in general quick and good quality service and quality food
