Love those sliders! Delicious little burgers, no matter which restaurant you visit. Consistent quality, no matter which branch you happen to be visiting. Unlike some other chains where it's hit or miss if it's going to be a good visit or not. Servers are always friendly and professional. Fries are always tasty, too. But you can't go wrong ordering a crave case. Terrific deal and you know there won't be any going to waste. There's no Castle where we live, so it's always a treat to find one on our travels. Thanks for always providing great service and serving up such delicious, quality food.
The sliders and onion chips are my favorite. The food was delicious and a good value. I used the drive up, so I didn't rate the atmosphere. Great job White Castle!
There's normally not too big of a line, generally it goes pretty quick. It just depends on the time of day. The employees are always nice in the drive through about 90% of the time they get my order right. It's cheap, quick, and doesn't taste bad.
One of my favorite fast food places. The history and the sliders do it for me every time. Glad to see this American iconic restaurant is still thriving.
Always a good spot to stop in about two hours before they close, please don't overwhelm them after that. Throughout the day is very good as well. They keep a fun and functional crew there. The manager keeps things running smoothly throughout the weekdays, and the weekend crew keeps the line going better than other fast food places.
Well lit, easy to maneuver from any direction off of cline and ridge road. In 20 years of going here, I've only been disappointed maybe 4 times.
Food is always prepared after we order it and made coreectly. The fries are always hot and fresh. Service staff is always positive and friendly.
The gal we have had the last couple times in drive through is such a jewl! Food has been fresh and hot! Great place for a late night snack!
I came from San Diego for this White Castle. Scrumptious as always! I got the chicken rings for the first time they are good but nothing outshines a slider with cheese.
A staple that I can't get more that I've moved away. Hot and fresh. Sometimes a pickle ends up where it doesn't belong. Staff were friendly.
Place tables where dirty and floor it was kinda slow on orders I believe new hires where learning but if I worked here I'd clean tables and floor little more
We had a carry out order. Food was good. Service was great. Kitchen staff worked well together to get our order out.
We visited here on Fat Tuesday because I was giving up all meat but fish for Lent. Could have had steak but I hadn’t had a little sweaty burger in a long time. We were the only customers. Everyone there was very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning to this location.
