Customer service was great, food not at all. I understand prices have gone up on EVERYTHING. I spent $72 on food tonight, and my tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or tomatoes on them. They were VERY cold. We had quite a bit of missing food (which wouldn't have been as upsetting if the food was made better). Our qusdillas had enough ingredients for about half of one and the we ordered one with extra sauce but both had very little sauce to begin with.

This has been the most convenient location to us since our move 5 years ago. I quickly learned to avoid at all costs, but sometimes my Taco Bell cravings were too strong and I would give another chance and be disappointed again. However, tonight I went for the first time in months and the place is completely different! From the drive thru the interior kitchen and dining looked spotless and well lit for once. The staff was extremely cheery and sweet! They were all singing together and really looked like they were having a great time at work. They were also clean and well spoken which is not common at this location. Not only was my order correct, but it was hot and as fresh as you can get at Taco Bell. My chalupas and quesadilla were built perfectly, not just slopped together with minimal ingredients and even the wrapping on the chalupas was like origami! And there was zero wait! I don’t leave reviews often but I was truly impressed with the changes that are happening at this location and want them to know they are all doing an amazing job!

This taco bell has been perfection, quality all the way around, located less than half a mile from my house and it happens to be one of the better locations, the food is always made correctly, you never have to wait longer than the average times to receive it. Most of the employees seem to be an excellent team. Now, on to the negatives. Well, it's just one, but this one kind of upset me. The last time I went, there was a mentally challenged employee doing an excellent job taking orders and cleaning, but as I waited for my food I watched a group of employees laugh at him while I saw one of them say "your cleaning? Well your doing a terrible job" and then laugh. That's insane.

Service was good. Food order was correct and the restrooms were clean. Probably not asking mich more from a fast food stop. If you like taco bell you will enjoy this location. We visited during lunch and still had good service. Easy location to get into from the main road.
