Any sub I have ordered from there has been excellent. They put lots of meat on them and they are not dry like the subs from some other chains. Service is quick.
Great subs. The staff was nice and very easy going. They were also thorough in placing our orders. Food was fresh for sure!
The manager and coworker were so in a rush to leave 04JUN2022 that when she put my sons sub on the counter it fell on the floor. Very RUDE! If you don’t want to provide customer service, don’t work in fast food! I will contact the district manager.
Been ordering from here multiple times trying to give them plenty of chances, and regardless of who's names it goes under or what platform we used to order it, our food/items always gets messed up. I'd recommend firehouse, but any other one than this one.
Worst firehouse I've ever been to. Sandwiches were not only cold but somehow the bread was burnt, and they were both incorrectly made, also we weren't provided with pickle spears with our meals. Service was slow and the workers seemed like they didn't care about what they were doing at all.

Great sandwiches & friendly customer service! Would rate 5 stars, but they're just so pricey. While delicious & exactly what I was craving, this large Steamer sub was over $11 with tax. This is my once in a blue moon treat!
