When I went to go order my food, one pepperoni pizza, the manager rang my order up. I asked her if she had one ready, and she agreed. The cashier came to continue to take my payment. Thinking I was gonna get my pizza after I payed, I waited for 5 mins, before I asked her if I can get the ready pizza

It’s absolutely baffling that corporate hasn’t stepped in and done something to fix the issues at this location yet. I’d never order from here myself but I’ve done many DoorDash orders and every night, this place is packed with upset customers, many of who have been waiting an hour+ for their orders
